The (USA) Market People Partner leads the execution of workforce management and talent acquisition strategies to enhance operational performance and associate engagement across assigned stores. This role involves developing business plans, removing barriers to plan execution, and providing coaching and development opportunities. By analyzing workforce data and collaborating with business partners, the position drives continuous improvement in scheduling, staffing, and talent management. The Market People Partner ensures alignment with company values, promotes ethical standards, and supports initiatives that foster a productive and high-performing work environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or

Specialist supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment OR 3 years' Walmart management experience with 2 years' experience supervising

other salaried managers.

Associate will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.

Valid state-issued driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Leading or partnering with cross-functional teams., Master's Degree in a Human Resources field (for example, Industrial Relations), Workforce planning
