Job summary

Walmart in Rockford, IL is seeking a Manager for Operations Improvement to oversee multiple store projects, define scope and objectives, and lead a team to drive efficiency across the network.

Responsibilities include assembling management plans, tracking changes, governing project plans, monitoring budgets, and delivering status updates to stakeholders. A strong background in facilities or construction management and EPA 608 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Assembling management plans; tracking changes to plans and ensuring resolution of critical issues; managing the governance of project plans; monitoring budgets and costs for projects; and delivering presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
