Position Summary

What you’ll do: comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy. Operate forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress, and determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities. Adapt to and learn from change, difficulty, and feedback. Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility by managing inventory flow according to company policy. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up displays, and ensuring the prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Process defective merchandise in compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations and monitor shrink security risks. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking throughout the day, staging products, and performing audits for accuracy. Handle moves and display goods safely, track inventory, maintain in‑stock levels, and report poor inventory practices. Operate and maintain forklifts safely, report issues, and alert management when forklifts are not in proper working order. Proactively identify customers who need help, engage them, and assist with technology services and items. Identify shrink opportunities and problems in work areas and take corrective action. Properly maintain equipment, keep merchandise organized, and promptly fix any problems. Embrace differences, build trustful relationships, communicate with impact, and act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance. Serve customers and members by putting the customer first, making decisions based on reliable information, and striving for excellence through curiosity, risk‑taking, and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
