Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Coach to lead and develop associates, drive business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Troy, MO location. This role oversees day-to-day operations, sets expectations, and promotes accountability and continuous improvement across teams.

You will collaborate across stakeholders, use data to drive decisions, and ensure safety and policy compliance while prioritizing the customer in every decision.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; leadership experience with direct reports and performance management.

Position Summary...

The Coach is responsible for leading and developing associates, driving business and operational performance, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day operations, establishes clear expectations, develops talent, and promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Coach partners with associates, leaders, and key stakeholders to execute business priorities, achieve performance goals, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and expectations. Through effective leadership, communication, and decision-making, the Coach creates an inclusive, high-performing environment where associates are empowered to succeed and customers remain at the center of the business.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
