Walmart Inc. in Brunswick, ME is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for regional facilities.
Lead a team of technicians to keep buildings safe, efficient and compliant for associates and customers. The role requires a Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities/related fields or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree.

- Experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, or related area
- Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state of employment
Responsibilities
- Travel approximately 50% within the region
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Handle reporting and analytics
- Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and registrations
- Participate in regulatory training and site inspections for compliance and quality

In this role,you'lllead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildingsoperateefficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.
- Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
- Works directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on their facility services needs
- Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed
- Reporting and analytics
- Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with relevant authorities.
- Participate in training programs to ensure familiarity with the latest regulatory requirements, enabling successful scope of work performance, including but not limited to, conducting site inspections tomonitorcompliance and quality standards.
- Obtain and secure all necessary permits andschedulesinspections as mandated by pertinent mechanical or building codes, when applicable.
Hard Skill Sets Needed:
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would beoptimal
- Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
- Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
- Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills – Route cause and breakdown analysis experience
Soft Skill Sets Needed:
- EPA Universal Certification
- PMP Certification
- Lean Six Sigma
- Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment
