Your key responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must:
  • Be pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree with a strong foundation in business information technology, information systems, computer information systems, IT security or management information systems/IT management.
  • Have a passion for technology and an ardent desire to work in risk management.
  • Know how to effectively leverage firm approved AI tools to enhance problem‑solving and productivity and have the ability to exercise sound judgment around AI‑related risks and considerations.
  • Be able to assess and articulate the evolving risks that AI presents to clients across multiple risk domains.
  • Understand that the expectation for this role is in person teaming, at a client site or in an EY office, on average 3 days a week depending on the needs of the engagement, project or practice area.
  • Have access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
  • Be able and willing to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.
Ideally you:
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Have experience or interest in process design, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Microsoft office, SQL, Programming, Process mining, AI governance, Solution architecture and risk technology enablement.
  • Are a purpose‑driven and growth‑oriented professional with a passion for learning, a collaborative mindset and a proven ability to innovate, adapt and leverage technology to drive meaningful change in dynamic business environments.
  • Have proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology and demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.

  • The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $37.45 to $43.39 per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
