Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the 5th shift (Friday–Sunday Nights). You will lead a team, communicate with customers, suppliers and associates, and implement the plan by aligning staffing, scheduling and workload distribution to meet productivity targets.

You will monitor performance, train for policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety. This role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or Bachelor's Degree (minimum).
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or Walmart Logistics experience.
• Strong record of leadership and team development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and updating procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns; determine corrective actions or recommendations to resolve.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Manage PMDC operations and equipment to produce quality print products on time, providing corrective direction as needed.
• Shift: 5th, Friday-Sunday Nights.

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling assigning duties and coordinating workloads in order to achieve facility goals eg. production quality safety.
Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing reviewing and/or analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies standards and procedures monitoring associate compliance to policies and procedures distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
Identify associate customer and/or supplier concerns by listening consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action to take or make recommendations in order to resolve.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads monitoring performance and providing feedback teaching supporting and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures identifying training and development needs and participating in the hiring promotion coaching teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders.
Manages effective utilization of PMDC operations and equipment to produce quality print products in a timely manner by monitoring performance and providing feedback to associates and leaders on corrective direction to ensure customer specifications are met.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
