Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the grocery area and maintenance staff.
• Monitor equipment, safety, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA, etc.).
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and asset utilization.
• Develop associates, coach leaders, and participate in hiring and promotions.
• Collaborate to ensure EDLP/EDLC adherence and customer-focused operations.
