Responsibilities
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, and associates.
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures, identifying training and development needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Systems.
- Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Logistics.
Benefits and Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include regional pay zone, stock options, and other benefits such as medical, vision, and dental coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off (including sick leave, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting); short‑term and long‑term disability; company discounts; military leave pay; adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement; and Live Better U education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates.
