Position Summary

As a Supervisory Manager at Walmart, you will implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and ensuring that facility goals such as production, quality, and safety are met.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others, and determining corrective actions or recommendations to resolve issues.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting and modeling policies and procedures, identifying training and development needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $78,600.00 - $118,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  • Stock

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year’s Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years’ Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Systems.

Bachelors: Business, Bachelors: Logistics.
