Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Regional Partner Manager for the US West territory to drive partner strategy, enablement, and performance. You will recruit regional security partners and align them with Snyk’s sales segmentation to grow pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with sales to build joint plans and ensure successful adoption of secure AI development through partnerships. You will join a team focused on expanding channel relationships, turning partner engagements into measurable outcomes, and

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of channel sales experience.
  • Experience working with regional channel partners such as Optiv, Guidepoint, and Trace3 is preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of solution selling and value-based selling.
  • Solid understanding of Snyk's solutions and the business value they deliver to partners and customers.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of a partner organization.
  • High energy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for partner activities and events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner strategy and business plan for the US West territory, including performance, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Snyk sales leadership and the broader team to build a joint plan and pipeline across the region.
  • Develop and embed Snyk into your partners' DevSecOps strategy and business plans, covering every aspect of the relationship.
  • Recruit and onboard regional, security-focused partners across key markets in the US West territory.
  • Build and maintain an alliance partner plan, along with activity and performance reports.
  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with partner and internal stakeholders.
  • Align partners to Snyk's sales segmentation and to the right Snyk sales teams.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with partners and peers to build strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Represent Snyk at partner activities and events across the territory.
