Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in in-house corporate tax or public accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, reporting, provisions, and planning.
• Experience working with external advisors, auditors, cross-functional Finance partners, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support preparation, review, and timely filing of U.S. federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Support tax planning and modeling, including provision calculations and related reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to gather data and maintain documentation.
• Assist with tax forecasting, effective tax rate analysis, cash tax planning, and leadership reporting.
• Support readiness for SEC reporting and standalone tax operating model.
