Baringa is seeking motivated undergraduates to join our New York office as Summer Interns in the Products and Services practice. You will work with industry experts on AI-centric transformation, infrastructure optimization, and growth initiatives across Consumer, Retail, and Technology sectors.

Based in NYC, the internship blends client work with opportunities to support business development and capability-building.

Our Products & Services practice are looking for Summer Interns to join the team.

What you will be doing

You will be part of a team bringing Baringa's global capabilities to our clients in the US Products and Services sector. We work with clients acrossCP&R (Consumer Products&Retail)and TMT (Technology,Media&Telecommunications)to help solve some of their toughest challenges around AI-centric transformation, infrastructure optimization, supply chain agility, andcommercialgrowthstrategy.

Based in Baringa's New York office, you'll work with our team of industry experts who come from a blend of traditional consulting and hands-on industry experience in a client-facing project role where you can demonstrate your ability to innovate, solve problems, and communicate effectively. In addition to client work, you will have the opportunity to support the growth of our US Products and Services practice's strategy and capabilities through activities related to business development, capability development, and marketing.

Requirements:

• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
• Applicants must be able to be in-person at theBaringa and/or client offices for theentiretyof theinternship program. The position will be on a hybrid basis, with some time spent working remotely and a few days a week on-site.
• Applicantsmust be in their junior year of college studies
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US
• Applicants must display a good mix of work experience or internships, extra-curricular activities (societies, sports clubs, etc.), and / or volunteering work

• Internship dates: Monday 7th June - Friday 30th July 2027
