Job summary

OC&C Strategy Consultants USA Inc. is recruiting for a USA Summer Internship 2027 (Associate Consultant) in our Boston/New York offices. Interns will support strategic delivery by preparing analytic modules, gathering data, analyzing findings, and presenting results.

You will work with all levels of the engagement team and participate in firm initiatives. The internship is for candidates graduating Dec 2027–June 2028, and location will be Boston or New York with a first-come-first-serve office

Qualifications

• For candidates graduating Dec 2027–June 2028.
• Intuitive analytical mind with strong numeracy.
• Demonstrates teamwork and effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to develop solutions using analytical and quantitative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic advice to clients through the preparation and delivery of analytic modules.
• Be staffed on projects and actively contribute to case work.
• Perform data gathering and analysis, interpret findings and present results.
• Work directly with all levels of the engagement team and participate in office initiatives.
