Marex is seeking a Principal Audit Manager to lead the US regulatory audit program across broker-dealer, FCM, and swap dealer entities. The role requires deep knowledge of US financial services regulation, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive audit quality independently.

You will coach and review work, develop the annual audit plan, and report to senior leadership while overseeing co-sourced resources and maintaining audit universe hygiene.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Internal Audit in a complex financial services organisation.
