Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in markets, research, analytics, or related roles; new graduates welcome.
• Clear interest in macro and rates markets with desire to learn US Treasuries, TIPS, Agencies, and SSA.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to explain analyses clearly.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reusable code.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with data in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily research production by monitoring macro and rates developments and updating publications.
• Build and maintain analytics in Python and Excel for relative value, curve, and inflation analyses.
• Develop cash rates strategy frameworks with scenario analysis and backtests.
• Contribute to written research by drafting sections and creating exhibits.
• Collaborate with Sales & Trading and related teams to add market color and answer questions.
• Use JPMorganChase AI tools to accelerate research workflows with quality controls.
