Job summary

Natural Factors is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector for the night shift in Monroe, WA. The role ensures product and packaging quality, with Certificates of Manufacture and GMP inspections as core duties.

Training is Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm; after training, Sunday–Thursday 10:00pm–6:30am shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic MS Office skills, and good English communication. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Physically able to perform job duties including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 2+ years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, natural health, or food product manufacturing environment considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology considered an asset.
• Experience with Syspro, WMS, and Quality Management System (QMS) software considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect our products, labels, and packaging to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Create Certificates of Manufacture.
• Complete daily GMP inspections and reports.
• Track daily output and SOPs.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Manager with the investigation of Non-Conformance Reports and Complaints.
• Monitor environmental temperature and humidity.
• After the training period, you will work a set shift of Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am.
• During your training period, the daily schedule will be Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am (note: applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm for the duration of the training period)
