Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Communications & PR Manager to lead the US PR program, build executive profiles, and deepen media relationships across accounting, payroll, HR and business software. You will shape stories with data-led angles, align with AI visibility strategies, and work with senior leaders to elevate IRIS’ US reputation.

You'll partner with a global team, manage agencies, and drive thought leadership, ensuring consistency with the brand narrative across markets and sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PR, media relations or corporate communications, ideally for B2B tech or SaaS.
• Strong relationships with US business, trade and tech media.
• Proven ability to secure high-quality earned coverage and grow share of voice.
• Ability to translate complex AI/tech topics into clear stories.
• Experience in crisis and issues communications with sound judgment.
• Excellent writing/editing with a quality-driven approach.
• Familiarity with accounting, payroll or HR sectors is a plus.
• Experience managing agencies or external partners and ensuring impact.
