Qualifications

• 1–4 years of customer support experience in US Payroll domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex payroll discrepancies.
• Experience with a payroll provider, HR software, or large in-house payroll is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to work a Pacific or Mountain timezone shift (9am–6pm PST).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll tax-related issues and guide customers through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance questions.
• Be the go-to product expert on US Payroll and Tax capabilities for customers.
• Develop and maintain clear content, documentation, and FAQs for customers and internal teams.
• Analyze support interactions to identify trends and opportunities to improve the support experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to provide insights on support volume and compliance concerns.
• Serve as a senior resource and escalation point for complex payroll issues.
• Own and resolve challenging cases leveraging platform and country-specific payroll expertise.
