Job summary

Tolmar Inc. is seeking an executive to oversee VP Sales and Marketing for US Oncology/Breast Cancer. The role carries full P&L responsibility, with leadership of a field organization and cross-functional alignment to drive a 2027 product launch and long-term brand growth.

You will shape the US commercialization strategy, lead market access and multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Global teams to ensure compliant execution and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years biopharmaceutical experience with US oncology leadership.
• Experience leading product launches and devotion to commercial growth.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead US launch readiness for 2027, including field force design, training and in-market execution.
• Own end-to-end commercial strategy, including brand strategy and forecasting.
• Develop and coach a high-performing US field organization (10–15 reps, 1–2 RSDs).
• Manage brand P&L and commercial budget to deliver revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and Global teams.
• Design multi-channel marketing campaigns and oversee agency partners.
