About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, commercially aware Marketing Coordinator & Analyst to join our offshore team supporting a highly reputed US retail brand. Working directly with the VP of Operations and the marketing department, you will play a central role in bridging actionable marketing strategy with hands‑on campaign execution.

This position requires an intuitive understanding of the US retail landscape and consumer psychology. While you will use your analytical skills to track performance metrics and build reports, your primary focus will be developing automated marketing campaigns, managing third‑party e‑commerce platforms, and coordinating directly with inventory teams to execute high‑impact promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Automation & Execution: Develop, create, and coordinate automated email and SMS marketing campaigns, specifically targeting abandoned carts, Google Reviews generation, and increasing average customer spend.

  • Inventory & Promotion Sync: Collaborate directly with the inventory and supply chain teams to ensure all digital campaigns and SMS blasts align perfectly with current stock levels.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

  • E-Commerce & Retail Automation: Proven hands‑on experience building automated customer journeys (e.g., cart abandonment, win‑back flows, review generation) using standard email/SMS marketing platforms.
  • US Market Expertise: Prior exposure to the US retail sector, e‑commerce, or US consumer‑facing businesses. You must understand basic US geography and regional retail nuances.
  • Reporting & Excel Skills: Strong, hands‑on Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables, data formatting) to build reports and track campaign success.
  • Cross-Functional Agility: Ability to seamlessly coordinate between marketing, inventory, and operations teams to execute time‑sensitive promotions.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, capable of confidently coordinating with senior US management and presenting insights clearly.
  • Shift Availability: Fully available on US EST hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) consistently (Mon‑Fri).

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in highly regulated US retail sectors (e.g., specialty wellness, pharma, etc.)
  • Familiarity with niche retail marketing platforms.
  • Prior experience working directly with US‑based marketing executives or in an offshore marketing coordinator role.
