Job summary
Enphase Energy in Arlington, TX is seeking a senior PM to own and drive the transition and build of new products in a contract manufacturing partner's factory. You will manage all aspects of NPI Manufacturing including schedule, resources, materials, capabilities, shipment and logistics to support launch milestones.
The role requires navigating ambiguity, communicating across levels, and delivering results with a detail-oriented approach; collaborative with Global PMO.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of program management in NPI or sustaining operations in manufacturing (electronics/semiconductors/automotive) in the US.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, demand and capacity planning.
- PMP certification is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Manufacturing Operations functions for US Manufacturing Operations.
- Finalize quarterly and monthly build plans and authorize changes.
- Drive material readiness through regular review cadence and coordinate with procurement to ensure readiness.
- Monitor daily factory P&L and identify/improve actions.
- Understand and enforce manufacturing processes and drive improvements as needed.
- Track KPIs for Manufacturing Operations and coordinate improvements.
- Prepare presentations for executive reviews.
