Job summary

Alter Domus, a world-leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, is seeking a junior analyst in Chicago to apply knowledge of the bank loan market and communicate with trading counterparties. You will support settlement processes for loan syndications, CLOs, restructures, and related documents, ensuring controls and guidelines are followed.

In a hybrid team environment, you will liaise with Administrative Agents on KYC, maintain deal-related documentation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 0+ years of experience; new graduates welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the bank loan market to communicate with trading counterparties.
• Support settlement processes for loan syndications, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolios and documentation to ensure controls and guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with Administrative Agents on KYC documentation and related details.
• Work with internal/external teams (Portfolio Mgmt, Attorneys, Compliance, Finance, Tech, Brokers).
• Investigate and resolve closing/transactional issues and report status to clients.
• Review daily/weekly client reports to highlight trade status and risks.
