CIFC Asset Management LLC (together with its affiliates, “CIFC”) is an alternative credit specialist offering investment solutions across CLOs, corporate, structured, opportunistic credit and direct lending. The firm currently manages over $47 billion in assets and employs more than 200 professionals in the U.S. and Europe.
CIFC is seeking an analyst to join its high yield and Long/Short Credit research team. The analyst will work closely with the existing High Yield team to identify, evaluate and monitor long and short investment opportunities for the high yield portfolios. The role requires generating investment ideas through fundamental company and industry analysis, while assessing the impact of macroeconomic and market developments on individual issuers and groups of bonds. The analyst must be a team player with a strong network and work ethic.
The expected base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $300,000 plus a discretionary bonus. The bonus compensation can exceed base salary, but will depend on the performance of the individual, team and firm.
This full-time position is located in New York City. The analyst will be expected to be in office 4-5 days a week
