Job summary

Kardow in Mountain View seeks a QA Engineer with 6-8 years of NTN/NR/LTE/IMS protocol stack testing. You will drive automated test development in Python and Shell, implement testing strategies for NTN, Skylo/Starlink, telephony and eSIM, and perform end-to-end validation of NR/LTE/IMS call flows.

You will analyze logs with QXDM/QCAT and coordinate triage with field teams, using Keysight/UxM and Anritsu test gear to ensure robust network performance and feature validation.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in NTN, NR, LTE & IMS protocol stack development and testing.
• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting for automation framework development.
• Experience with NTN testing including Skylo/Starlink, Telephony and eSIM.
• Hands-on testing: functional, regression, sanity and feature testing.
• CBRS 5G private network testing with operators and log analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, sanity and feature testing for NTN, Telephony and eSIM.
• Triaging and debugging issues reported by field test teams.
• Log analysis using Android bug tools, QXDM, QCAT, Shannon Tools.
• Validate NR/LTE/IMS call flows, handovers using 5G test equipment.
• Support testing strategy development for NTN, telephony and eSIM ecosystems.
