Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in New York seeks a US Analyst to join the Energy and Real Assets Advisory team, supporting senior bankers on Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure mandates within a global advisory platform.

The two-year program provides exposure to deal execution, financial modeling in Excel, due diligence, research, and proposal preparation, with the goal of developing the ideal candidate into a full-time role after completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist on project finance transactions within the Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure space providing transactional support to senior deal team members
• Perform financial analysis – corporate and project finance including complex financial models in Excel
• Assist in review of legal documentation, engineering reports, power purchase agreements and project related contracts to facilitate the due diligence process
• Assist in research dedicated industry topics
• Assist in preparation of proposals and pitches
• Actively participate in idea generation
