Job summary

Infinisource Consulting Solutions seeks a Performance Coaching Training and Development Specialist with a bachelor’s degree and preferred concentrations in counseling or related fields. A master’s degree in social or behavioral sciences is highly valued, along with a coaching certification (ICF/BCC).

Candidates must have two years of undergraduate online instruction experience using LMS tools like MS Teams or Canvas, and US Air Force experience is required.

Description

Performance Coaching Training and Development Specialists must have a bachelor’s degree. A concentration of 18 hours in Counseling, Education, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Behavior is highly desired or a master's degree or higher in social or behavior sciences. Other accepted fields are business,

management, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, medicine, health and wellness, education, and law. Transcripts will be requested for verification.

Two (2) years of online instruction experience at the undergraduate level or military equivalent using locally approved LMS (e.g., MS Teams, Canvas, or similar technology) is mandatory.

A coaching certification (such as BCC, ICF, etc.)
