Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Physician Reviewer to lead Utilization Management (UM) case reviews across multiple markets. The role requires clinical excellence, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate care with health plan teams and local staff.

You will participate in process and quality improvements within Delegated UM, cover assigned territories, attend calls, and guide other reviewers. A valid medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice are

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Medical School with a valid, unrestricted license is required.
• Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Practice residency.
• Board Certification in residency area.
• Two (2) years’ experience in Hospital medicine preferred.
• At least one (1) year of utilization review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary physician reviewer for UM cases.
• Advise other physician reviewers and attend daily health plan calls.
• Coordinate care for patients with UM teams and local staff.
• Participate in process and quality improvement within Delegated UM.
