Responsibilities

• Hospital-employed position with a well-established urology team in Maryland.
• Access to 5 da Vinci robots on-site (2 Xi, 3 DV5).
• Very large robotics team supporting surgical cases.
• Call schedule of 1:3, transitioning to 1:4 as team grows.
• APP first call evenings until 10 pm and all weekend to support work-life balance.
