Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan to maximize sales and prioritize high-value customers and growth opportunities.

• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge, staying informed about local and regional market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Collaborate with peers in the sales organization to share best practices and strategies.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze the effectiveness of sales activities and territory performance, and develop territory plans with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and other support partners to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage the territory budget to support sales and marketing activities effectively.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly, executing the company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned geographic area.

The Urology Specialty Representative is accountable appropriate product adoption across targeted Urology accounts, including large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated urology practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts to drive sales.

This role engages Urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other key office stakeholders to support patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and appropriate product utilization among eligible patients within the approved indication. The Urology Specialty Representative will meet and/or exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets within assigned accounts.

The role will require:

• Providing scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product
• Delivering clinically brand sales presentations of approved products to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and other appropriate clinic personnel by utilizing customer engagement selling model
• Effectively utilize and manage all resources to optimize customer engagement
• Collaborate effectively across a highly matrixed sales organization, partnering closely with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned execution and business success.
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures

Successful outcome is driving sales in an account setting by convincing HCPs to write prescriptions for indication patients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consistent record of top-tier sales performance and proven product launch success
• Demonstrated success driving demand generation within large group accounts
• Urology sales experience strongly preferred
• Anti-Infective experience preferred
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• Deep knowledge of group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles
• Strong understanding of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Analyze data and trends to create actionable business plans
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and selling skills, coupled with strong business acumen.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $170,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
