Syneos Health is looking for a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts, engaging physicians, APPs, and staff to optimize patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization.
You will develop and execute an integrated territory plan, exceed sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address barriers and improve access and prescribing patterns in the assigned geography.
The Urology Specialty Representative is accountable appropriate product adoption across targeted Urology accounts, including large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated urology practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts to drive sales.
This role engages Urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other key office stakeholders to support patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and appropriate product utilization among eligible patients within the approved indication. The Urology Specialty Representative will meet and/or exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets within assigned accounts.
Successful outcome is driving sales in an account setting by convincing HCPs to write prescriptions for indication patients.
