Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Denver-based Urology Specialty Representative to advance product adoption across targeted urology accounts, including large group practices and hospital-affiliated sites.

You will engage urologists, APPs, and clinical staff to support patient identification and treatment selection, while executing an integrated territory business plan to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by developing and executing an integrated territory plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address barriers to product adoption across accounts.
• Organize activities to meet call metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop product knowledge and monitor local market trends.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Conduct educational programs and compliant scientific discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks.
