Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts in Austin, TX. You will engage physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization.

The role requires developing and executing an integrated territory plan, delivering scientific information, and presenting approved products to key stakeholders while achieving sales targets in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale supporting the value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers affecting product adoption and plan activities to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay informed about local market trends; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
