Jackson Physician Search is assisting a community hospital in North Carolina to recruit a Urology specialist for a full-time, hospital-based role.

The team features three Board Certified Urologists; the position includes a structured call schedule and a compensation package with base pay plus productivity/quality incentives. Benefits include tail malpractice coverage, generous PTO/CME, and a recruitment incentive up to 125K.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Urologists preferred
• Experience in hospital-based practice beneficial

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of three Board Certified Urologists.
• Call one night per week and one weekend per month.
• Base salary plus productivity and quality incentives.
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage; 7 weeks PTO/CME; recruitment incentive up to 125K.
