Associate Urology physicians diagnose, manage a broad range of conditions, perform exams and procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree required.
• Residency in Urology completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Licensed to practice in the United States.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with urological conditions
• Perform outpatient consultations, examinations, and follow-up care
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic urological procedures and imaging studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans in line with current clinical guidelines
• Perform surgical and minimally invasive urological procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient medical records
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Adhere to medical ethics, regulatory requirements, and practice protocols
