Job summary

Mercy Hospital-Springfield seeks a full-time Urology Physician to join a dynamic team of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 6 NPs/PAs in Springfield, MO. You’ll practice the full spectrum of urology—from elective cases to trauma—in a supportive environment.

Compensation includes a guaranteed minimum salary of $700,000 with potential for higher income based on wRVUs, plus a $100,000 signing bonus and paid relocation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced urology procedures in two dedicated urology suites
• Urology PAs manage clinics so you can focus on surgical cases
• Access to cutting-edge technology including 3T MRI and robotics (dV5 and Xi)
• Up to 4 OR days per week
• Occurrence-based liability insurance
• Flexible time off and a $5,000 CME allowance
