Job summary

MedStar St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, MD, seeks a full-time ABMS Urology physician to join a well-established team. The role includes outpatient clinic duties and OR cases, with the option for an academic appointment at Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Compensation includes a $600,000 base salary guarantee for two years, a $50,000 signing bonus, and a $10,000 relocation allowance, plus comprehensive benefits and potential bonuses for quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• ABMS, American Board of Urology board eligible or board certified.
• Outpatient clinic and OR experience preferred.
• Ability to work within a large integrated health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic care and perform urologic surgeries in the OR.
• Collaborate with MedStar Health team; participate in ongoing quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Potential for academic appointment at Georgetown University School of Medicine if interested.
