Qualifications

• Fellowship Training in some specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provides and manages direct patient care for specified patient population.
• Prescribes pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens based on assessed conditions.
• Trains and supervises medical students and residents in specialty activities.

Skills

Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care

Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards

Knowledge of community medical diagnostic and patient care services

Ability to supervise, advise, and train clinical professionals

Knowledge of relevant drugs and non-pharmaceutical aids

Effective verbal and written communication skills
