• Perform history and physical exams on new and established patients and follow ups.
• Consult with supervising physician as needed.
• Provide follow up and health maintenance care per established protocols or supervising physician instructions.
• Initiate treatment and testing for evaluation of illness based on training and experience.
• Provide counseling and instruction to patients regarding health issues.
• Document clinical care according to established guidelines.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as indicated by training and supervision.
• Communicate with patients and family within state law confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
