Curative seeks a Locums Urology Physician in Indiana to cover an inpatient Level 3 trauma facility on a 7 on, 7 off 24 hour call pattern. The assignment covers general urology consults and admissions with a manageable shift volume and a rapid credentialing timeline.

Applicants must be MD or DO, Board Certified or eligible within 5 years, hold Indiana license (IMLC LOQ acceptable), and possess BLS and ATLS. orect

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified in Urology, or Board Eligible with eligibility within 5 years.
• Indiana license required; IMLC LOQ acceptable.
• BLS and ATLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient urology coverage at a Level 3 trauma facility.
• Manage ~10 patients per shift plus ~5 phone consults while on call.
• 24 hour call coverage from 7am to 7am, 7 on/7 off.
• Ongoing need starting January 2027; credentialing ~60 days.
