Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a nationally recognized health system in Billings, MT to recruit a BE/BC Urologist to join a established team. The position offers dedicated clinic days, protected OR block time, and a supportive team of 3 Urologists with 3 experienced APPs.

The package includes $100,000 student loan repayment, $45,000 sign-on and relocation assistance, and a base salary with wRVU upside. Full benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Urology required.
• Experience in a high-volume urology practice preferred.
• Team-based care with APPs and protected OR time is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care in clinic and operating room.
• Collaborate with a 3-Urology + 3-APP team.
• Participate in Da Vinci XI robotics program and imaging.
• Maintain balance with protected OR block time and light call.

This nationally recognized health system is expanding its Urology service line and seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join an established team of 3 Urologists and 3 APPs.

The practice operates with protected OR block time, Da Vinci XI robotics, and a sustainable call structure, built for a urologist who wants to do impactful work without the burnout.

The Position:

• Practice structure: dedicated clinic days and protected OR block time.
• Team-based model: 3 Urologists supported by 3 experienced APPs.
• Sustainable workload: reasonable volumes with light, well-covered call.
• Technology: Da Vinci XI robotics, advanced imaging, Epic EMR.

The Package:

• $100,000 student loan repayment.
• $45,000 sign-on and relocation assistance.
• 75th Percentile Earning Potential: Base Salary + wRVU.
