Job summary

Accolades Physician Resources seeks a BC/BE Urologist for a four-day work week in Alabama. You will join an established team providing robotic and open urology care in a busy hospital setting.

The position offers a competitive base above MGMA with productivity bonuses, a $100,000 start bonus, comprehensive benefits, loan repayment options, and CME/licensure support. Board certification/eligibility and Alabama license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Ability to obtain/maintain Alabama medical license
• Experience in robotic and open urologic procedures is preferred

• Join existing team of physicians and nurse practitioners
• Shared weekend call 1:6
• 4-day work week for better work-life balance
• Perform da Vinci robotic-assisted surgeries and related urologic procedures
