Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) serves more than 55,000 people in the towns and villages of Bennington, Windham, Rutland counties in Vermont and parts of New York and Massachusetts. SVHC has 99 licensed beds and more than 125 physicians on staff.

Dartmouth Health Putnam Physicians is a multi‑specialty practice founded in 2012 that provides primary care, pediatrics and surgical specialties. We are an engaged provider network that supports comprehensive care exclusively for SVHC.
