Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA, is seeking a full-time Urologist to join a fast-paced community practice with three Urologists and three APCs. The role includes emergency department call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinic duties, with a balanced schedule and collegial team atmosphere.

This position offers a generous compensation package ($138,712–$184,404 annually), a $30k starting bonus for experienced providers or $15k for new grads, comprehensive benefits, relocation

Qualifications

• Urology and OR experience preferred.
• 36 patient-facing hours per week (Mon-Fri).
• Emergency department call and OR first assist required.
• Robotics-assisted surgery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Emergency dept call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinic duties.
• Rotating clinic, inpatient, ED, and first assist responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 Urologists and 3 APCs.
