Job description

This community practice is seeking a general urologist to join their reputable team outside of Baltimore, MD.

Key responsibilities

Providing comprehensive urological care, covering 1 clinic and 1 ambulatory surgery center, with a focus on delivering state-of-the-art patient care. The role offers opportunities for subspecialty interests and involvement in teaching and research, potentially including a day at a main campus academic medical center.

Facilities and support

Feature four dual-console da Vinci Xi robots, a dedicated team of RN first assistants, and support staff to assist with pelvic and retroperitoneal cases. Robotic experience is not required but patients will receive advanced care.

Work environment

Includes a manageable call schedule with APP support, competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, and productivity bonuses. The position also offers mentorship, especially for new graduates.
