Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time coverage in Virginia (Alexandria area). Schedule is typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.

Compensation starts at a pay rate of $106.70 - $115.50 per hour. The role includes surgical first assisting at least one day per week; credentialing within 90 days and Epic EMR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia state license and DEA registration are required.
• Basic Life Support certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urology clinic coverage and surgical first assisting.
• Assist in surgeries at least one day per week.
• Document care in Epic EMR.

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licensure Required: Active state license and Drug Enforcement Administration registration required.
