Job summary

Community Care Urology in Latham, NY, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a physician-led urology practice. You will work with five board-certified urologists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in New York's Capital Region.

Qualifications

• PA: Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies with NY licensure eligibility
• NCCPA certification required
• Ambulatory PA experience preferred
• CPR certification required
• NP: NP program completion accepted by NYSED
• AANPCB/ANCC certification required
• Pharmacology coursework accepted by NYSED
• 3+ years nursing in ambulatory setting preferred
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and training
