Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state.
• CPR required.
• Must hold one of the listed certifications (FNP/AGNP/ENP/PMHNP/etc) per specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under physician supervision.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Coordinates with physician preceptor to develop and review care protocols.
• Obtains medical history and documents accurately.
• Performs physical exams and orders laboratory tests as needed.
• Ensures accurate documentation of patient records and coding where applicable.
