Jackson Physician Search is assisting a regional Indiana hospital in hiring an NP or PA with urology experience to launch a new service line. You will independently manage new patients, postoperative and follow‑up care, and essential procedures with dedicated RN/CNA support.

Qualifications

• Urology experience or training preferred, including catheter management, post‑op care, and cystoscopy.
• Ability to practice autonomously with new patients and post‑op follow‑up.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch a new Urology service line with high demand.
• See new patients, manage post‑op and follow‑up care.
• Perform procedures in dedicated exam rooms with RN/CNA support.
