Job summary

Community Care Urology in Latham, NY seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a physician-led urology team. You will evaluate adults, conduct new patient visits, and manage pre/post-operative care in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of physician assistant program approved by NYS or ARC-PA accreditation.
• Current certification by NCCPA.
• At least one year of experience in ambulatory health care.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and training.
